    Angeline Barletta, 79, of East Chestnut Street in Hazleton, died Thursday at
    Hazleton General HospitalBorn in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Castriotta and Adelia (Edivante) DeAngelo.
    She was a lifelong resident of the Hazleton area.
    She was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Hazleton, and its Christian Women's Society.
    She was preceded in death by her step father, Henry Basile; husband, Rocco Barletta; siblings, Gus and Michael DeAngelo, Margaret Costabile, Mildred Basile, Catherine Rock and Mary Zullo.
    Surviving are her sons, Anthony "Poppy," Fred "Lefty," Francis and Louis, all of Hazleton; sisters, Anna Paytas and Josephine Zeck, both of Hazleton; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Monday from the Fierro Funeral Home, Inc., 26 W. Second St., Hazleton, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Rosary R.C. Church.
    Entombment will be in St. Gabriel's Cemetery.
    Friends may call from 1 to 3 and 6 to 9 p.m. today.
    Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.-----
