    Bernard J. Dudkiewicz, 60, of Hanover Village, died Saturday at the Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Barre.
    Born on Sept. 26, 1944, in Sugar Notch, he was a son of the late Anthony and Josephine (Konesky) Dudkiewicz. He was educated in Sugar Notch public schools. He was employed at the Berwick Power Plant and then by B-Rock Co., Wilkes-Barre. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the OakGrove Club, Wilkes-Barre. He was an avid hunter, fisher and Eagles fan.
    He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Dannielle Marie Hunter; brothers, Anthony, Henry and Raymond, and a sister, Cecelia Padden.
    Surviving are his wife of 37 years, the former Rebecca Novitski; a son, Bernard Jr., Edwardsville; daughters, Joann (Dudkiewicz) Marcincavage, Buttonwood section of Hanover Township; Gail (Dudkiewicz) Krzywicki, Larksville; brother, Joseph, Lyndwood section of Hanover Township; sisters, Jeanie Vedro, Florence Polinski and Frances Czock; seven grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday from the Stanley S. Stegura Funeral Home Inc., 614 S. Hanover St., Nanticoke. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township. AmVets Post 189, Dupont, will conduct military funeral services.
    Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
