NFL Today, Week 13 SCOREBOARD Monday night, Dec. 4

Carolina (6-5) at Philadelphia (5-6). The Panthers are deep in the mix for an NFC playoff berth, while the Eagles, without Donovan McNabb, look like a long shot to get to the postseason. STARS

Passing

— Peyton Manning, Colts, was 21-for-28 for 351 yards and a 68-yard touchdown pass to Marvin Harrison in a 20-17 loss at Tennessee. Rookie Vince Young led the Titans’ second straight comeback last-season win, going 12-of-25 for 163 yards, and scrambling nine times for 78 yards, his biggest day rushing in the NFL.

— Kansas City’s Trent Green threw four touchdown passes — two to Tony Gonzalez — in a 31-28 overtime loss to Cleveland, his third start after missing eight games with a concussion. He finished 24-of-32 for 297 yards.

— Chad Pennington, Jets, was 25-for-35 for 263 yards and two TDs in a 38-10 romp at Green Bay.

— Tom Brady led New England past Detroit 28-21 with 304 yards passing, going 27-for-38.

Rushing

— Ladell Betts, Redskins, ran for a career-best 155 yards on 28 carries and scored once in a 24-14 loss to the Falcons. Atlanta’s Jerious Norwood had nine rushes for 107 yards and a 69-yard TD.

— Reggie Bush, Saints, scored four touchdowns, trying a franchise mark, and gained 168 total yards in a 34-10 win over San Francisco. Bush scored on runs of 1, 8 and 10 yards and a pass of 5. He also finished with 131 yards on nine receptions. Deuce McAllister, Saints, rushed for 135 yards on 27 carries.

Special Teams

— Devin Hester, Bears, tied an NFL record with his fourth touchdown return, a 45-yard punt runback, in a 23-13 win over Minnesota. It was his team-record third punt return for a touchdown.

— Rob Bironas, Titans, kicked a 60-yard field goal — the franchise’s longest — with 7 seconds left for a 20-17 win over Indianapolis, one week after Tennessee tied for the NFL’s second-biggest comeback in the final 10 minutes against the New York Giants. Bironas also won that game with a final-seconds field goal.

— Houston Pro Bowl kick returner Jerome Mathis, who missed the first 11 games recovering from a fractured foot, provided a spark with an 87-yard return of the second-half kickoff in a 23-14 victory at Oakland. Mathis was later used as a decoy when Dexter Wynn faked a reverse on a punt return and went 58 yards.
