An Associated Press report regarding a U.S. Senate vote that was published on Page 4A on Sept. 20 contained some incorrect information. Pennsylvania Sen. Robert Casey, a Democrat from Scranton, voted in favor of the measure. U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter, R-Philadelphia, voted against the amendment. The amendment would have required troops to spend as much time at home training with their units as they spend deployed in Iraq or Afghanistan.
