HARVEYS LAKE: The American Legion District 12, Department of Pennsylvania will MEET at 2 p.m. on March 30. The meeting will be host by the Harveys Lake American Legion Post 967.

All post commanders in the District 12 are asked by District 12 commander Chester Kunigonis to try to attend or send a post representative. For any further information call District 12 vice commander John M. Emil Sr. at 675-4461.

KINGSTON: The Sons of the American Legion, Squadron 395 of Kingston will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Post home. All members are urged to attend.

Membership dues are still being accepted. Commander Howard Specht will preside. Food and refreshments will be served following the meeting. For further Squadron updates go to www.sal395.com.

LARKSVILLE: Larksville American Legion Post 655 will accept nominations of officers at 7 p.m. on April 8.

Anyone interested in becoming an officer at Post 655 is asked to attend the meeting.

MOUNTAIN TOP: The Mountain Post American Legion Auxiliary Unit 781 will convene at 7:30 p.m. on April 1 at the post home. All members are urged to attend. And new members are invited to join.

SCRANTON: The Northeastern Detachment of the Marine Corps League is sponsoring a get-together at 1400 hours on March 30 at the League Home, 1340 Alder St., Scranton.

Vietnam veterans and guests of all military services are invited.
