Bruce Parc Eckersley, of West Pittston, recently joined the alliance as a government procurement specialist with the Procurement Technical Assistance Center, Enterprise Development Division. In this position, he will assist regional businesses with identifying government business opportunities, navigating procurement guidelines and competing for success in the government marketplace. Eckersley returns to the area after serving as a government furnished acquisition analyst for Delta Resources, Inc. in support of the United States Navy in Washington, D.C. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Virginia Wesleyan College and a Master of Arts degree in Environmental Policy from American University.


William Muller, of Wilkes-Barre, was recently recognized for 30 years of services at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Muller currently serves as an electronics mechanic in the Tactical Division, Command, Control and Computers/Avionics Directorate at the depot. He received a service certificate, a pin, a framed American flag and a four-hour time-off award which were presented by Deputy Commander Frank Zardecki.
