Veterans honored at St. Mary’s Antiochian breakfast program

Parishioners at St. Mary’s Antiochian Orthodox Church, 905 S. Main St., Wilkes-Barre, sponsored the church’s third annual Veterans Day Breakfast to honor all military veterans of the parish. Members of the Italian American War Veterans and Korean War Veterans and their families were special guests. A program was conducted by the Sunday school children and retired Air Force Master Sgt. Neno Sartini of the Italian American War Veterans provided remarks. A donation was presented to the Rev. David Hester, pastor, by Louis Cora on behalf of the Italian American War Veterans.
