Volunteers: assist staff with preparation for the Diabetes Walk on Oct. 4 at Kirby Park.
Volunteers: to work with staff to help coordinate team recruitment, entertainment, food and sponsorships.
Hours: meetings held Tuesday evenings.
Volunteers: help office staff prepare various fundraisers and health fairs throughout the year
Volunteers: answer phones and assists with mailings

Volunteers: receptionist to answer phones and door and assist guests as needed

Volunteers: assist clients at lunch time. Provide assistance to clients learning life skills and vocational skills
Hours: weekdays 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Requirements: signed confidentiality statement, criminal record clearance cost covered by agency, CPR-First Aid
Volunteers: general office assignments; assist staff hanging artwork and occasional deliveries
Hours: Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m.-noon
Requirements: computer skills helpful and use of car to make deliveries helpful
Volunteers: basic office and clerical work. Visit patients and relieving caretakers for short periods
Hours: weekdays; flexible
Requirements: orientation provided for home health and hospice activities
Volunteers: provide leadership for Girl Scout troops that are forming in Wilkes-Barre and surrounding areas
Volunteers: communications; fund development and cookie sales assistance
