The King’s College Monarch Softball Clinic will be held Feb. 15 in Scandlon Gymnasium. King’s head softball coach Lisa Gigliello and her staff will offer two separate clinics during the day and both will be open to players age 9 through 18 years old. A pitching clinic will be held from 9 a.m. to noon, and a hitting and fielding clinic will run from 1 to 4 p.m. Cost of each clinic is set at $40 or $70 for both. The King’s College women’s volleyball team will be hosting a clinic on April 4 in Scandlon Gymnasium. The clinic, which will be held between 1 and 6 p.m., is open to girls in grades sixth through eighth. The clinic staff will be headed by King’s head coach Bernie Kachinko. Forty Fort Baseball for boys and girls will hold sign-ups for T-ball, coach pitch, minor and major baseball, minor and major fast pitch softball, senior softball and Jr./Sr. Little League. The dates are as follows: Saturday and Feb. 7 from 9 a.m. to noon in the press box at the Tripp Street field. Cost is $50 for one child; $65 for two children; $75 for three or more children.
