Alice Oliver, 92, of Ardmore, Okla., and formerly of Plymouth and Indian Lake, died Saturday, April 30, 2011.
She was born January 16, 1919, in Plymouth, a daughter of the late Zachariah and Laura Henderson Jones. She was a graduate of Plymouth High School, class of 1936.
Alice worked as a school librarian for the Plymouth schools.
She was a member of the Plymouth Cambrian Club, and the former Welsh Presbyterian Church of Plymouth.
Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Frank H. Oliver.
She is survived by her sons, Thomas E. Oliver, Miami, Fla., and Francis H. Oliver, Ardmore, Okla.; and a cousin, Laura Morgan, Wilkes-Barre.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday from the William A. Reese Funeral Chapel, Rear 56 Gaylord Ave., Plymouth, with the Rev. Anita J. Ambrose officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
